My wife and I didn’t have too many things to argue about but we seemed to anyway.  Ms. Morrison was patient and helped us work through things.  At the end, although neither of us got everything the way we wanted it, we did it on our own terms and understood our rights.  Ms. Morrison was very knowledgeable about the law and was able to explain things in a way we both could understand.  The law can be complicated!  I highly recommend Ms. Morrison.  I’m sure my wife would agree.

We both highly recommend Jennifer Morrison as a mediator if you need to get a divorce.  After 26 years of marriage, our kids have grown up and moved out of our house  - we realized that we did not have that much in common.

But we did have a home, retirements, furniture and still some hurt feelings so we needed some advice.  Rather than go through the expense of 2 lawyers and risk paying tons of money to them - we decided to use a mediator. We were both skeptical at first but learned that Ms. Morrison was an attorney for many many years and settled a lot of her cases.  That sounded good enough for us to give her a try.

We used paralegals to file for divorce and then we started meeting with Ms. Morrison to see if we could divide up our property.  I do not know how long it normally takes to get things divided, but we met with her 5 times and by the end of 6 months she had drafted our Marital Settlement Agreement.

It was not as easy as it sounds, but it was better than haggling it all out in court, paying for several lawyers and generally making things worse.  Ms. Morrison was able to help us see reason and generally we just divided everything in half!  For half the cost!

Your patience, understanding, compassion and positive attitude have made this experience much more bearable and I am forever grateful for that.
